Creek Road is a retail led development with high quality apartments and mews houses in the centre of Greenwich. The scheme provides 83 contemporary homes and 1,800 sqm of commercial floor space, reinstating street frontages and extending the town centre’s retail opportunities westwards from Cutty Sark DLR. A number of boutique shops and cafes will occupy the ground floor of the prominent building with high quality residential apartments above.
Also regenerating the adjacent Bardsley Lane with contemporary mews houses backing onto St Alfeges Park, the development occupies a prime location in central Greenwich and consists of three pieces which front onto the busy high street, back onto the lovely secluded mews and flank southeast London’s legendary Up The Creek comedy club which will also be improved and extended as part of the development. The scheme is a sympathetic but contemporary response to its historic context and was highly commended at planning committee.
