4 Kingdom Street is a new ten storey office scheme in Paddington for British Land. Part of the Paddington Central development, the new block offers 16,000 sq mt of workspace with 348 sq mt of public realm. The offices, built by Wates Construction and designed by Allies & Morrison, are constructed above a Crossrail box, a structure that provides a deck over space reserved for the future construction of the Crossrail line. Full height glazed facades with brise soleil house efficient clear floor plates. Features include an external glazed stair tower, a double height reception space and a public colonnade around the retail space at ground floor level.
