Camberwell College, London
The college occupies a series of buildings dating back to 1891, the most recent studio was built in 1964 and is an extreme example of British Brutalism. The college is part of the University of the Arts with notable alumni being Howard Hodgkin, Sir Terry Frost and R. B. Kitaj. The scheme involves new student accommodation and a studio building formed over six floors with louver cladding for good daylight. A new entrance by ramp to the lower ground floor and campus courtyard.
