Photography

Our photography fee includes everything required to deliver finished, publication-ready imagery. This covers all travel and subsistence, photography on site, image licensing, and meticulous post-production. Every image is carefully processed from the original RAW capture, with colour grading, detailed retouching, cleaning and optimisation undertaken by our team.


Completed images are supplied via download in high-resolution JPEG and TIFF formats, alongside A4 review files and online contact sheets for convenient viewing and distribution.

Filming

From initial concept through to final delivery, our filming service covers every stage of production. This includes travel and subsistence, filming, interviews, lighting, editing, colour grading, audio enhancement, captions, branding and all post-production, along with a licence to use the completed film.


We shoot in HD, 4K and 8K and create content for a wide range of platforms and audiences. Each quotation is tailored to the project, with costs reflecting factors such as filming duration, music licensing, drone footage, specialist lighting, graphics and delivery requirements.

What is Included in in the creative fee?

  • Time and Labor: The actual hours or days spent shooting, designing, writing, or concept developing.
  • Expertise and Vision: The intangible value of the our unique artistic style, talent, and professional reputation.
  • Processing: Standard editing, post-processing, and initial delivery of the work.
  • Travel and Equipment: covers our equipment and travel within specific distances

Are the travel expenses included?

Rates include all travel expenses. Unless greater distances are required (outside of England and Wales) - then we work out the expenses upfront for travel etc. and you are provided with the total before we shoot.

Is retouching included?

Images are delivered processed and ready to use. Extensive retouching Such as remove a car or add a complete grass lawn, is charged £45 per hour.

Is twilight and night Photography included?

Yes. On full day shoots and/or afternoon half days shoots.

Do you offer discounts for multiple projects/shoots?

Yes! Contact us with your requirements and we will work out a price. We often undertake complete portfolio projects covering 20+ schemes.

Do you offer additional licences and is there a cost saving in this?

Yes! We add a licence fee for each additional licence to use the images.

The total amount is then split between the number of clients so each pays an equal share and the cost is reduced for everyone.

What about production expenses?

Production Expenses: Almost all shoots are completely covered in our standard creative fee with no extra costs. Some out-of-pocket project costs like studio rentals, external equipment hire, travel outside local zones, models, or props are all charged as extra, if required.
