How to order an image
View the images in the image library, click on any thumbnail to view the detail page and the pricing. Details about the various file formats and image sizes are available by clicking the 'buy photos'. Select an image size / price option and click 'add to cart'. The image will be added to your shopping cart / basket.
Shopping Cart / basket
The shopping cart displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right side.
Payment
Online payment is by credit/debit card using secure payment processing. Your card details are not stored on any of our systems. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, credit and debit cards; in multiple currencies - you can change the currency on the checkout screen.
Receipt
All orders will receive a full vat receipt.
Image file delivery
Our images are available for instant download; once you have paid you will get an email, with the invoice and a download link.
Cancellation / refund / returns policy
If you have received the image files, either by download or disk then no refund will be given. If the order is in process and you have not yet received the image files then a full refund will be given. We aim to process any refunds within 3 working days.
